SUPERINTENDENT CHRISTINE MCDONALD

A dedicated and inspiring NSW Police Force member since 2001, Christine has served in key investigative and leadership roles.

Her roles include -

becoming the first woman to hold the Chief of Staff position to Commissioner Karen Webb,
working as a former street-level undercover operative,
qualified Police Negotiator and now Commander at Burwood Police Area Command,
as well as her most important roles as a partner, mother, daughter and sister.

Christine was recognised this year for her outstanding service and won the Irene Juergens Fellowship Award (sworn) at the 2024 NSW Police Officer of the Year Awards.
